The Soap Extruders (also called Soap Plodders) are studied to refine, compress and extrude the processed soap (soap noodles + perfume + color) coming from the Mixer. The Extrusion Cone ensures the extrusion of a compacted soap bar. The heating system of the extrusion cone is the same of an industrials soap extruder, to produce a bar with a smooth surface. and can recycle from a soap scraps
The Ribbon mixer are designed to amalgamate Soap Noodles with Coloring and Perfume. The batch time can vary from 5 to 10 minutes (or less for standard batches with noodles, fragrances and coloring); the mixing time also depends also by the color intensity of produced soap. The soap mixing blades are designed to get the right amalgamation specially for the homogeneity of the soap noodles with the coloring. After the mixing, the soap base is ready to be refined and extruded.
